With a single polyboard — white for subtle lift, or black for added contrast and shadow control.
Background accents can be introduced with fixtures like the Aputure MC Pro panels or Astera Helios tubes, adding depth or matching brand colour where needed.

Option 2 — Two Camera Set-up
A classic overhead cross-light setup for a two-person interview or podcast. A larger background or location may be needed to facilitate more camera angles.
Soft, flattering light from above, with fixtures rigged on a goalpost to keep the floor clear for cameras and movement — a lighting grid works equally well for this setup.
Background accents can be added with fixtures like the Aputure MC Pro panels or Astera Helios tubes — useful for adding depth or bringing in brand colour where needed.
