If you have not hired from Solalights before, we aim to make the process as straight forward as possible. Below is a summary of the new client onboarding process for corporate and professional clients, which must be completed.

Prior to your first hire was ask that you supply the following-
Account application form, complete below. Our Terms and Conditions are here.
Proof of hired-in equipment insurance covering the replacement value of the kit.
Photo ID (Passport or Driving licence). Please note, these will not be kept on file.
Please email photo ID and hired-in equipment insurance with link -
Please speak with one of our account managers and specify the payment method that best suits you.
Accepted payment methods:
Bank transfer – bank details can be found at the bottom of your quotation or invoice
Card payment – taken over the phone
Card payment – via secure online payment link
First hire payment: For your first job with Solalights, payment must be made in advance of hire and received no later than 12:00 midday on the day before the hire.
Account approval: All account applications are subject to satisfactory references and checks. Applications may be approved on the same day; however, where references cannot be verified, approval may take longer. We recommend allowing as much time as possible before your shoot to facilitate this process.
