Solalights Ltd. - First Time hire

If you have not hired from Sola before, we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible. Below is a summary of the new client onboarding process for corporate and professional clients, which must be completed prior to your first hire.

Corporate | Professional | Freelance Clients

Prior to your first hire, Sola require the following:

  • A completed Sola account application form

  • Hired-in equipment insurance covering (at a minimum) the replacement value of the kit.

  • Photo ID (Passport or Driving licence). Please note, these will not be kept on file.

After these steps have been completed and the final quote agreed, an invoice will be issued. Payment is to be made upfront and in full ahead of collection/delivery on all first-time hires. Please see payment options below:

  • Bank transfer – bank details can be found at the bottom of the quotation / invoice.

  • Card payment taken over the phone

  • Card payment via online payment link

Please speak with one of our account managers and specify the payment method that best suits your needs.

Note that this process can take anywhere from a couple of hours to a couple of days, so please give as much notice as possible.
